Zoe & Morgan’s new collection Palace of the Moon draws inspiration from the majesty of India.
The sibling duo were introduced to India was as young children, when they travelled with their parents who sought after precious gemstones for the jewellery that their father designed and the textiles that their mother loved. They experienced the myriad of colours within India as they explored the hidden valleys of Kashmir and the vibrant antique markets of Delhi.
“India has a fantastic and abundant jewellery culture, and it has been exciting to take this wonderful country as our inspiration. This collection draws on our personal experiences as we transformed our memories of traditional Indian designs into unique and different pieces.”
The design’s in the collection reflect the sacred geometry of Yantras and Mandala and the concepts of Vastu, through which the designers have created bold yet simple geometric forms that are both beautiful and auspicious. The ever-present beauty of India comes in many forms, and they have encapsulated this through small delicate rings, to larger powerful earrings and bracelets adorned with diverse shapes and cut-out detailing.
“This collection is close to our hearts, we look forward to sharing these beautiful pieces with women who appreciate original and exciting jewellery.”
